OVEN BAKED or AIR FRYER PESTO TILAPIA

You need 4 ingredients, salt, pepper, and about 20 minutes to make this pesto tilapia.

Tilapia is an inexpensive, firm white fish with a very mild taste—good even for non–fish eaters. I buy individually vacuum‑sealed frozen fillets (Costco); thaw in cold water for about 15 minutes.

  • Taste and Texture: Features a sweet, mild flavor with a flaky texture that fits well in white fish recipes.

  • Nutritional Value: A single cooked 87-gram fillet contains about 111 calories and 22.8 grams of lean protein.

  • Vitamins and Minerals: Rich in selenium, vitamin B12, niacin, and potassium.
